The Kingdom of KUSH will be the most advanced city in Africa. A hub of commercial activity and a home to people of all backgrounds from every part of the World, a community of acceptance, tolerance and innovation. 

Further, The Kingdom of KUSH will establish itself as the most religiously tolerant country in the world and will bring together people from all over the world to work together in building a fair and just society.

The Kingdom of KUSH will inhabit the unclaimed territory nestled between Egypt and Sudan named Bir Tawil and will apply to be recognized by the U.N. as a sovereign nation.

During the Colonial Period, Great Britain had drawn boundary lines between the two countries that included two separate territories: Bir Tawil, a barren interior desert, and Hala’ib, which abuts the Red Sea and, hence, would be considered more valuable.  When the British drew the border between Egypt and Sudan, it was stipulated in an agreement with these two countries that each country could have only one of the territories, but would give up any claim to the other territory.  If one country claimed Bir Tawil, they would lose any claim to the far more lucrative Hala’ib. Since then, neither nation has laid claim to Bir Tawil, but both have claimed Hala’ib – and it is still in dispute today. 

As a result, the territory of Bir Tawil is a true “no man’s land” that belongs to neither Egypt nor Sudan – and it is a territory sufficiently large to allow the development of a major City/State, the Kingdom of Kush

Further, the Kingdom of Kush is in talks and negotiations with many African countries for obtaining additional large areas of land on a lease basis.
